This is a selection of watercolour paintings, done outside in some of my favourite painting places: Newfoundland, northern Ontario, Florida and downtown Toronto. I paint everywhere I go, inspired by the colours I see in these locations. The outdoor works create a connection in my imagination between now and later. In the middle of winter, when back inside, I think of these flowers and trees and the painting places where they grow.
